Recipe for Mini Sandwiches

This is a Recipe for Mini Sandwiches. A preparation basically of curds; for those who love milk products.

½ Kg Curds
1 Cup grated Carrot, Cucumber, cabbage and sliced Tomatoes
½ Cup whipped Cream
Salt, Pepper and Chat Masala to taste
10 Slices Bread

Tie the Curd in a muslin cloth and leave it suspended for about hours. Squeeze out the water and mix the remaining ingredients except the bread slices. Mix well.
Cut each bread slice into four triangles or small circles (with a cork) Stuff the Curd-vegetable mix between two pieces and make sandwiches. Prick each sandwich with a toothpick and serve.
