This is a Recipe for preparing restaurant style Garden Cheese delight. A neat and delicious Cocktail Snack.
2 Large Carrots
8 Cheese Cubes
Salt, Chat masala to taste
Cut the cheese Cubes into three pieces each. Chop the Carrots in the shape of flowers (flat) and cut the cucumber into thick strips. Sprinkle salt and chat masala on the chopped vegetable. Prick a piece of cheese with a toothpick, then the Cucumber strip (it will serve as a stem) and lastly, the Carrot flowers. The Cucumber and Carrot may be interchanged for a variation.
