This is a recipe for Yat Ka Mein (Noodle Soup).This is an authentic and traditional Chinese soup recipe. This soup has its own unique taste and flavor.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
300 Grams Noodles, boiled for 8 minutes, rinsed in cold water and drained
1 ½ Cups cooked sliced Chicken (boneless)
1 ½ Cup Mushrooms
½ Tea spoon Pepper powder
1 Table spoon Soy Sauce
2 Table spoon fat
1 Table spoon Cornstarch
½ Cup Water, Salt to taste
5 Cups Chicken stock
Mix two drops of Oil, Pepper powder and Soy Sauce with the Noodles and divide in to six bowls. Melt fat in a pan, put Chicken and Salt to taste, brown, add Mushrooms, Stir. Blend together cornstarch and water and add to the pan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Boil stock and divide in to the bowls of seasoned noodle. Finally divide chicken mixture into bowls. Stir and serve.
