Recipe for Hot and Sour Vegetable Soup

This is a step by step recipe for Hot and Sour Vegetable Soup. A great appetizer and Side Dish the main course.

4 Large Tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 Medium sized Onions, roughly chopped
2 Tea spoon Ginger-Garlic paste
1 Table spoon Vinegar
2 Tea spoon black Pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 Tea cups finely shredded Cauliflower, Cabbage and Carrot

Pressure cook the Tomatoes, Onions, Ginger-Garlic paste, Salt and one cup water for 5 minutes.
Cool and then blend in a mixer. Pour into a vessel and add 6-7 cups of water, Vinegar and Pepper.
Add more Salt if required. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the shredded vegetables and remove from fire. Cover and keep for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
