Recipe for Tomato and Capsicum Sandwich

This is a Recipe for making at home Tomato and Capsicum Sandwich or Shimla Mirch aur Tamatar Ki Sandwich in Hindi, a breakfast dish, which  also tastes great in the Tiffin boxes of children.

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 5 Sandwiches

10 Slices Bread
500 Grams Tomatoes
1 Onion
4 Capsicums
1 Tea spoon red Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1 Tea spoon Sugar
250 Grams Cheese
Salt to taste

Chop Onion finely and fry in little Butter. Cut Tomatoes in small pieces and add to Onion, add all spices and cook on low heat, when Tomatoes are soft and mixture becomes thick remove from the flame.
Apply Butter on one slice of bread, turn and on the other side spread the Tomato mixture evenly, put thin long strips of Capsicum and grated cheese and on top put a little Butter and bake in a Pre heated Micro Oven for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with Tomato and Chili Sauce.
