Recipe for Cheese Mathi

This is a step by step recipe to make Cheese Mathi at home. Mathi is a Punjabi specility snack also known as Mathri, it is durable and can be stored for some time. The Mathri recipe given by me in this article uses Cheese to give a more tasty and crispy flavor to the usual Mathri.

200 gram flour
60 gram Cheese
30 grams Refined Oil
Salt to taste
30 ml water
Refined Oil for frying

First of all grate the cheese and put it into an open utensil.
After this add the oil, salt and mix well.
Then add the flour and mix again.
Then add the water and make a stiff dough.
Divide the flour into small balls, flatten and then roll out.
Deep fry on a slow sim.
