This is a Recipe for preparing Simple Methi [Fenugreek] Sabzi (Green Methi Vegetable or Methichi Bhaji in Marathi). This is a simple recipe for a vegetable preparation which is good for overall health and blood circulation.
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
1 Bunch of Green Methi [Fenugreek] 2 Medium size Potatoes (Peal and cut in to small pieces)
2 Medium size Green Chilies (cut in to big size pieces)
1 Tea spoon Sugar
Salt to Taste
1 Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Rai
1 Tea spoon Jeera
¼ Tea spoon Hing
½ Tea spoon Turmeric
3 – 4 Leaves Garlic (smashed)
2 Medium size Green Chilies
First Clean and cut the Methi Vegetable.
Heat the Oil in a frying pan and add Rai, Jeera, Hing, Garlic, Green Chilies, and Turmeric.
Then add Potatoes & Methi. Then add some water and Salt and Sugar to taste and cook well.
