Recipe for Potatoes Gulab Jamun

This is a Recipe for Potatoes Gulab Jamun . This is a sweet dish; normally served after meals.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 4 Pesons

½ Kg Potatoes (boiled pealed and mashed well)
2 Table spoon Maida
750 gram Sugar
3 drops of Rose Essence
Ghee or Oil for frying

Add 2 table spoon Maida to the mashed Potatoes and prepare a dough. Then prepare small round balls and keep aside.

Make sugar syrup by adding 2 cups of water to the sugar and boiling it till the sugar dissolves and then add the rose Essence.

Heat the Oil and deep fry the Potato balls and put them in the Sugar syrup.

After that serve.
