This is a Recipe for preparing delicious Bread Dahi Vada. This version of the Dahi Vada used Bread along with Curds to prepare the Vadas, you can even use the leftover bread slices for this Dahi Vada Preparation.
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
10-12 Bread slice
½ Liter Curd
2-3 Green Chilies (cut in small pieces)
2 Table spoon Coriander
½ Tea spoon Rai
¼ Tea spoon Hing
1 Table spoon Ghee for Tadka
Salt to taste
Ghee for frying
Cut the bread slice in 4 pieces. Then heat the Ghee and deep fry the Bread slices till color change in to pink and keep aside.
Add the Salt to Curd and then prepare tadka with Ghee, Rai and Hing. Then add it to the Curd.
After that add the fried slices of Bread and green Chilies to Curd and decorate with Coriander and then serve.
