This is a Recipe for preparing Kakdi Ka Salad/Raita or Cucumber Salad [Indian Style].Another extremely easy and simple Salad recipe.
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
¼ kg Cucumber (washed, peal the skin and then Shred)
¼ Cup Coriander
¼ Cup Coconut (Shredded)
¼ Cup Peanuts (Fry and remove the skin and grind to make a coarse powder)
1 Table spoon Sugar
1 Cup Curd
Salt to taste
½ Table spoon Ghee
1 Tea spoon Jeera
2 Green Chilies (cut in medium size)
First take the shredded Cucumber and then add the Peanut powder, Sugar, Coconut and Coriander.
Heat the Ghee and then add the Jeera and Green Chilies then mix them nicely with the shredded Cucumber.
Before serving nicely mix the Curd and Salt.
