This is a Recipe for preparing Gajar Ka Salad or Carrot Salad [Indian Style]. A very easy recipe which does not take much time and effort.
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
¼ kg Pink Carrots (washed and shredded)
¼ Cup Coriander
¼ Cup Coconut (Shredded)
¼ Cup Peanuts (Fry and remove the skin and grind to make a coarse powder)
1 Table spoon Sugar
1 Cup Curd
Salt to taste
½ Table spoon Ghee
1 Tea spoon Jeera
2 Green Chilies (cut in medium size)
First take the shredded Carrot and then add the Peanut powder, Salt, Sugar, Coconut and Coriander.
Heat the Ghee and then add the Jeera and Green Chilies and then mix them with the shredded Carrot nicely.
Before serving add the Curd and mix it nicely and then serve
