Here is another easy to prepare recipe to make Chicken Souffle.
Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
2 cups of cooked and minced chicken
2 table spoon butter
Seasoning as per taste
4 table spoon flour
2 cups milk
3 table spoon chopped parsley
First prepare a white sauce from the butter, seasoning, flour and milk.
Then remove from the fire and Wisk in the egg yolks and put on fire and cook for 1 minute.
Then remove from the fire and add minced chicken and the parsley.
Then beat the egg whites and fold into the cooled chicken mixture.
Then pour into a greased dish and bake for 20 minutes. If baked in a microwave Owen till done.
