This is a Recipe for preparing Methi [fenugreek] ka Paratha. The Methi Ka Paratha is a popular and filling dish for heavy Breakfast.
Preparation Time: 40 Minutes
Serves: 4 Paratha
2 Cups Atta [whole wheat flour]
1 Table spoon Besan [gram flour]
1 Cup Green Methi (washed & cut in small pieces)
2 Table spoon hot oil
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Turmeric
1 ½ Spoon Ginger- Garlic paste
5-6 Green Chilies (grind)
Salt to taste
Take Atta, Besan and add 1 tea spoon salt, ½ table spoon hot oil, Methi, Turmeric, Red chili powder, Ginger-Garlic paste, Green chilies and add some water and soak the Atta to prepare Dough.
After that make Paratha, then heat the Tawa, put the paratha and fry it nicely with oil.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
