This is a recipe for preparing tasty and crisp Restaurant Style Fish Fingers. An excellent and tasty Seafood dish, which goes well with the main course and is a most popular Starters item for most parties, including Kitty and Cocktail parties.

½ kg Surmai [Indo-Pacific king mackerel]
½ cup finely chopped onion and coriander leaves
2 Table spoon finely chopped Pudina [mint leaves]
2 table spoons finely chopped cottage cheese
1 Table spoon each Salt and Red Chili powder
1 Potato (Boiled)
1 Cup bread crumbs
Steam the fish; Remove the bone.
Add Onion, Coriander leaves, Potato, Pudina leaves, Cheese and seasoning to fish. Roll like fingers.
Beat Egg very-nicely. Dip each finger in Egg. Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till light golden color.
