This is a Recipe for preparing at home Restaurant Style Fish Tikka. The Fish Tikka can be served as a snack or as a starters item or with the main course.
Preparation Time: 40 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
1 big size Pomfret fish (cut medium size rectangle shape)
2 Onion (shredded] 1 table spoon Lemon juice
1 tea spoon Black Pepper
2 tea spoon Green Chilies
1 table spoon Spring Onion (cut in small pieces)
2 table spoon Tomato Ketchup
2 tea spoon Soya Sauce
In frying pan cook above said Masala & Sauces then add fish pieces and mix it nicely & keep it in one bowel cover with lid and the keep the bowel in the refrigerator for two hours.
Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the fish pieces in the frying pan till the colour change to red after that insert tooth picks on each Tikka. Arrange ticks in one serving plate & decorate with the Spring Onions.
