This Recipe is for Dahi Vada a popular dish in most parts of India
Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4-5 Persons
2 Cup Urad Dal
1 Liter Water for (soaking the Dal)
5-6 Green Chilies
Salt to taste
600 Gram Curd
1 Tea Spoon Pepper
1 Tea Spoon Red Chilies
½ Cup Coriander
Oil for deep fry
Take 2 cup of warm water in one pot
Soak dal and crush it well with Ginger & Chilies
Add some water and mix well to forms a thick paste
Mixed the Curd, Sugar & Pinch of salt.
Heat the Oil in frying pan, take a spoonful of the paste and put in the fry pan.
Deep fry until golden brown after that put Vadas in warm water at least 5-7 minutes. Squeeze the water from the Vadas and put them in the curd. Add salt and red Chilies powder & Coriander, Keep in the refrigerator.
