This Recipe is another simple recipe for making for Dal Vada a quick and filling snack, which can also be served as an add-on the main course. This Dal Vada is a combination of a mixture 5 differents Dal or lentils.
Preparation Time: 60 Minutrs
Serves: 4-5 Persons
1 Cup Chana Dal
½ Cup Urd Dal
¼ Cup Masoor Dal
¼ Cup Arhar Dal
¼ Cup Moong Dal
1 Liter Water for (soaking the Dal)
7-8 Green Chilies
½ Cup Coriander
½ Tea Spoon Hing
8-10 leafs Kadipatta (Cut in Small Pieces)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
Soak Dal and grind it well with Ginger & Chilies.
Add Coriander, Salt, Hing & Kadipatta
Add some water and mix well to forms a thick paste
Heat the Oil in frying pan, take a spoonful of the paste and put in the fry pan.
Deep fry until golden brown.
