Recipe for Kheema Patties

This is a recipe for Kheema or Keema Patties can be eaten as snack/starters or with rice or chapattis.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 20 Patties

Ingredients
500 gram Kheema
1 table spoon Red chili powder
1 tea spoon turmeric
1 ½ tea spoon hing [Asafoetida]
1 table spoon ghee
2 medium size onions (cut in medium size)

For Masala
1 ½ tea spoon Dhania [coriander seeds]
1 tea spoon Badi saunf [Aniseed]
3 black pepper
7-8 petals Garlic
3 green chili
½ cup coriander
¼ inch ginger
1 pieces Green elachai [Green Cardamom]
3 sticks Laung [clove]
Grind the above to a paste.

For Cover
¾ kg Potatoes (Boiled)
2 Green Chili
¼ inch Ginger
4 Eggs
Salt to taste
4 table spoon ghee
2 cups Bread crumbs

Preparation
Take a frying pan and heat 1 table spoon ghee add two pinch salt and hing, after that add onion and fry till color change to pink, then add the grounded masala, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, kheema and fry for 5 minutes then add 3 cups water, coriander and cook till dry (remove bones from kheema)

Smash boiled potatoes and add green chili, ginger paste and salt and 1 cup bread crumbs after that make medium size balls and fill 1 table spoon cooked kheema and make round or heart shapes.

Heat the oil in the frying pan, in one pot beat 4 eggs with egg beater dip the patties one by one into the beaten eggs and then cover the patties with bread crumbs & fry till the color change to pink.
