Recipe for Maharashtrian Style Deep Fried Rice Balls

This is a Recipe for making at home crispy and tasty Maharashtrian Style Deep-Fried Rice Balls, This is simple fried dish using cooked rice along with coconut and some essential spices, which can be served as a stand-alone snack or even as a side-dish along with the main course.

Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Serves : 8-10 balls

Ingredients
2 Cups Rice (cooked)
½ Cup Coconut (grated)
1 Tablespoon Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili Paste
½ Cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 Bread Slice (bread crumb)
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying the Rice Balls

Preparation
In a bowl mix the cooked Rice, Coconut, Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili Paste, chopped Coriander Leaves, Bread Crumbs, Cumin Seeds Powder and Salt.
Then prepare a Dough, and prepare medium size balls from the Dough.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and deep-fry the balls until they become crispy and golden yellow in color.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
