Strain the Besan, Red Chili Powder and Salt.
Mix the Hot Oil with the strained Besan.
Then mix the Tomato Puree with the Besan to make the Tomato Sev Dough, if needed you can add water as per requirement.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai.
Fill the Tomato Sev Dough into a Sev Making Machine[ Sancha] and using a small/fine Sev Mould prepare the Sev directly into the heated oil. While adding the Sev into the Kadai, the flame should be set to high and after the Sev has been added, the flame should be reset to low.
Remove the Sev from the Kadai when its color turns into to a nice golden shade.
Keep the Tomato Sev on paper, so as to drain away the excess oil.
When the Tomato Sev cools down, store it in an airtight container.
