Tasty Pudina Stuffed Pooris

This is a simple to understand and follow Recipe for making at home tasty Pudina or Mint Puri. This Puri prepared using a specially made Pudina stuffing can be served as a Snack for breakfast or as a tiffin box dish for school going children.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 12 Nos

Ingredients
2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Tablespoon Gram Flour
¼ Cup Coriander
¼ Cup Mint Leaves (Pudina leaves)
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
3-4 Green Chilies
5 Garlic Petals
½” Ginger Piece
1 Tablespoon Oil (hot)
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying the Puri

Preparation:
Mix the Wheat Flour, Gram Flour, Hot Oil, Salt and Red Chili Powder.
Grind the Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chili, Ginger, Garlic and then mix into the Flour mixture and prepare a thick dough. Keep the Dough aside for 10-12 minutes.
Prepare 15 equal sized balls from the Dough.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai, roll the Puries and deep fry them.
Serve hot with Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
