Step by Step Recipe for Chatpata Bhel

This is a Recipe for Chatpata Bhel. This is one of the most popular and readily available snacks in India. I am giving here a step by step recipe of this dish which you can easily make at home.

Chatpata Bhel Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Chutney Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 6 Persons

Ingredients
½ Kg Murmure
3 Big size Onion (cut in small Pieces)
1 Big size Potato boiled (cut in small Pieces)
2 Medium size Tomatoes
½ Bunch of Coriander (cut in small size)
3 Cups Farsan

For Green Chutney
½ Bunch of Coriander
7-8 Green Chilies
½ “Ginger
6 Cloves of Garlic
Salt to taste
(Mix all ingredients and grind to make a fine paste and keep aside)

For Sweet Chutney
100 Grams tamarind (soak and prepare Puree)
1 Cup Jaggery
½ teaspoon [combined] Shendelon and Pandelon [available in grocery shops]
Salt to Taste
½ teaspoon Coriander Seeds
½ teaspoon Jeera Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Water as required
(Mix all ingredients and cook well to make a thin liquid and keep aside)

Preparation
First take the Murmure and then add the Onion, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Coriander, Farsan, Green Chantni, and Sweet Chatni and mix well.
While serving decorate with, Onion, Coriander, Tomatoes and Farsan.
