Recipe for Maharashtrian Bhopali Mirchi Chi Bhaji

This is a Recipe for preparing authentic Maharashtrian Bhopali Mirchi Chi Bhaji. This is a typical main course vegetable preparation using the capsicum among Maharashtrian families. A simple Shimla Mirch vegetable dish!

Ingredients
250 Gram Capsicum
2 Medium size Onion
2 Table spoon Cashew nut strips
1 Tea spoon Raisins
1 Table spoon Oil
1 Tea spoon Sugar
Salt to taste

Preparation
Cut Capsicum and Onion in medium size pieces.
Heat the Oil in a Khadai then add Onion and fry till color changes in to light brown then add Capsicum, Cashew nut, Raisins and Salt and cook on a slow sim for 8-10 minutes. Then add Sugar. Mix it well and Serve.
