Nimbu ka Achar [ Spicy ]

This is a Recipe for preparing at home typical Indian Lemon Pickle [Nimbu ka Achar]. This is a basic version of the popular and famous Indian Pickle prepared using Nimbu along with some common Indian Spices.
The Nimbu Ka Achar becomes ready to eat within 2-3 days and can be served as a welcome add-on to add variety to any kind of meal, including Tiffin Box Meals.

Preparation Time- 30 Minutes

Ingredients
12 Nos big size Lemon (wash and cut 8 pieces of each lemon)
½ Cup Red Chili powder
¾ Cup Salt
1 Tea spoon Methi seeds
1 Tea spoon Hing
2 Tea spoon Turmeric
1 ½ Cup Oil

Preparation
Fist heat ½ cup oil and then add methi, hing, red chili powder, turmeric and salt. Mix it well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
After that add lemon pieces in to the mixture. Mix it well and fill in a glass jar cover it properly and keep it for 2-3 days in sun light.
Then heat 1 cup oil and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes then add it to the jar. Mix it well and keep for 2-3 days.
After 2-3 days your pickle it ready to eat
