Crispy Sweet Lal Bhoplyachi Puri

This is a Recipe for Sweet Lal Bhoplyachi Puri (Red Pumpkin Puri). This is a speciality Puri preparation from Maharashtra, a snack ideal for breakfast or afternoon snacks, also suitable the tiffin boxes of children.

Ingredients
 ½  Cup Red Pumpkin Pulp (लाल भोपळा) (boiled and Shreded)
2 Cups Wheat Flour
¼ Cup Jaggery (shredded)
1 Table spoon Sugar
2 Table spoon Milk
Salt as per taste
Ghee for frying Puri

Preparation
 Boil and shred the Red Pumpkin and then add the Jaggery, Sugar, Milk, Salt and prepare a thick Dough.

Then prepare small balls from the Dough and roll them in to  Puri sized shapes.

Heat the Oil in a Kadhai and deep fry the Puris till color change in to pink.
