This is an easy to implement Recipe for making at home tasty Maharashtrian Style Ajwain Puri or Parsley Seeds Puri, Ova Puri in Marathi. This is delicious Ajwain flavored Poori, which can be served for breakfast or in the tiffin boxes of school going children.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 20 Nos
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Suji (Semolina)
2 Teaspoon Ajwain (Parsley Seeds)
¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
2 Tablespoon Ghee (hot)
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying the Puris
Mix the Wheat Flour, Suji, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Ajwain and hot Ghee nicely and then prepare a thick Dough with using Water.
Keep the Dough aside for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare 20 equal sized balls from a Dough.
Then roll out the Dough into thick round Puri like shapes.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and deep fry the Puris until crispy.
