Tasty Chocolate Puffed Rice Bar

This is a Recipe for making at home tasty Chocolate Churmure Bar (Chocolate Puffed Rice Bar) a simple sweet preparation using Puffed Rice, Jaggery and Chocolate Bar or Chocolate Sauce as the main ingredients.
The preparation takes hardly any time or effort and any be easily prepared by following the simple step-by-step recipe given below in this article.

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 12 Bars

4 Cups Churmure (puffed rice)
1 Cup Jaggery (Gud)
¼ Cup Water
½ Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
1 Tablespoon Ghee
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Sauce
(Or 1 small melted Dairy Milk Chocolate Bar)
1 Teaspoon Ghee for apply the plate

In a kadai add the Jaggery, Ghee, and ¼ cup of Water and prepare a thick sticky Syrup.
Add the Cardamom Powder and Churmure and mix it well.
Apply the Ghee over a stainless steel plate and then pour the mixture over the plate.
Pat the mixture evenly and then cut the Bars by using a knife.
While serving garnish with the Chocolate Sauce.
