Jhatpat Tasty Chapati Ladoo

This is a very easy to follow recipe to make at home sweet and tasty Jhatpat or Quick Chapati Ladoo or Malidyacha or Policha Ladu as this Ladoo variety is called in the Marathi language.
The Chapati Ladoo is simple and quick to prepare yet wholesome and filling snack, which can also double-up as a Tiffin Box dish for school going kids. Leftover Chapatis can also be used instead of freshly prepared Chapatis to make the Chapati Ladoo.

Chapatti Ladoo Preparation Time- 20 Minutes
Serves- 4 Persons

4 Chapatis (Wheat)
¼ Cup Jaggary
4 Almonds
4 Cashew nuts
2 Tablespoon Ghee

First, prepare the Chapatis and keep them aside for 2 hours.
Then cut the Chapatis in to small sized pieces.
Then slightly grind the pieces of Chapatti, Cashew nuts, Almonds in a Mixer.
Remove from the mixer and add the Jaggary, Ghee and mix it well.
Then again, put the mixture in a mixer and grind in slightly.
Finally, pour the mixture into a plate and prepare medium size Chapati Ladoo.
