About 60 to 70 Grams Besan [Gram Flour]

Slice the Banana finely and keep aside.
Chop the Green Pepper and Onions and keep aside.
Then mix the Onion, Banana, Green Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Haldi Powder, Egg and the Salt into the Besan and keep it aside for about One Hour so that the level rises a little bit.
Then heat a large spoon of Oil and add it to the mixture.
Shape the mixture into Lime or Walnut sized roundish balls and deep-fry them in hot Oil.
Serve hot with Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
