Recipe for Spicy Achari Paneer

This is a Recipe for Spicy Achari Paneer a popular Paneer dish uses a different kind of Masala, which could remind you of the taste of a Pickle. Tastes great with Roti, Puri or Parathas.

Ingredients
2 Cup Paneer (rectangular pieces)
¼ Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
¼ Teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
¼ Teaspoon Aniseeds
¼ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
¼ Teaspoon Kalonji
1 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Teaspoon Garlic
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Salt as per taste
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Green Chilies (slit)
2 Tablespoon Curd

Preparation
Heat one spoon Oil in a Kadhai and add the Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Aniseeds, Cumin Seeds, Kalonji, Ginger Garlic Paste and Green Chili and then fry for a minute then add the Curd, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Paneer and fry for two-three minutes on a slow flame then add Lemon Juice and mix it well and remove from flame.
Garnish with Black Pepper Powder and Red Chili Powder and serve hot with Parathas.
