Quick and Simple Wheat Dosa

This is a Recipe for Simple Wheat Flour Dosa. Gehun Ka Dosa in Hindi.  This is an easy and quick Dosa preparation.

2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup Rice Flour
½ Cup Sour Buttermilk
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
1 Cups Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt as per taste
Sufficient Water to make a batter of pouring consistency

For Tempering
1 ½ Tea spoon OIl
½ Mustard Seeds
½ Tea spoon Cumin Seeds
¼ Tea soon Asafoetida Powder
A few Curry Leaves

Mix the Wheat Flour and Rice Flour with the Sour Butter Milk and add sufficient Water to prepare a batter of pouring consistency. Add the chopped Chilies and Coriander Leaves.
Heat 1 ½ teaspoon Oil and add all the Ingredients for tempering. When the Mustard Seeds splutter, add the seasoning to the Dosa batter. Add Salt and mix well.
Heat the non-stick tawa to prepare the Dosa.
Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
