This is a Recipe for Potato Dosa, a well like Indian snack, a favorite snack for the Tiffin Boxes of school going children,
2 Cups Rice
4-6 Red Chilies
4 Medium size Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1/2 inch Ginger Piece
2 Small Onions
Soak the Rice for two hours and then grind with the Onion, Ginger, Green Chilies, mashed Potatoes and Salt to a smooth paste, adding more Water if required.
Prepare the Dosa by frying on both the sides with Ghee.
Serve with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney.
