Indian Style Green Ginger Pickle

This is a Recipe for Indian Style Green Ginger Pickle, or as the Hare Adrak Ka Achar in Hindi. This is another of the simple Indian Pickle recipes, which is neither time consuming nor complicated.  I have given the recipe for 1 Kilogram Ginger, you can proportionately vary the quantity as per your needs.

1 Kg Ginger
300 Ml Vinegar
85 Grams Salt
60 Grams Mustard Seeds
12 Grams Cloves
12 Grams Pepper

Peel the Ginger pieces and prick them.
Boil Vinegar and Salt and cool it.
Add prepared the pricked Ginger, Pepper, Cloves, and pricked Red Chilies and bottle it.
Keep it for a week in the shade and do not expose to sunlight.
