Chocolate Caramel Pudding: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
2 Cups Milk
1 Table spoon Coco Powder
2 table spoon Sugar
1 Bread Slice
3-4 Drops Vanilla Essence
For the Caramel
½ Table spoon Sugar
1 Table spoon Water

Boil the Milk, then add Sugar, Coco Powder and Bread Slice, and then keep for cooling.
Beat an Egg with an Eggbeater and add Vanilla Essence and mix with the Boiled Milk.
Keeps the Pressure Cooker on the flame adding a glass of the Water.
Heat the Vessel for preparing Caramel by adding ½-table spoon Sugar, Water, and then cook until the Sugar color change in to dark brown. Then pour the Milk mixture in to the Caramel Vessel and keep it in to the Pressure Cooker by covering it with a Stain less steel plate. Then cover the Pressure Cooker and give 3 to 4 Whistles.
Remove Chocolate Pudding from the pressure cooker and keep on a Flat plate and when it cools keep it in a refrigerator for cooling.
Garnish with Chocolate Sauce and serve.
