Recipe for Mushroom – Capsicum Salad

This is a simple Recipe for preparing at home Indian Restaurant Style Mushroom-Capsicum Salad. This is a most impressive Party Salad, using Shimla Mirch along with Mushroom as the main ingredients.

Preparation Time: 30 MInutes
Serves: 4 Persons

200 Gram Mushroom (finely cut)
2 Big Onion (finely cut)
1 Big Capsicum (finely cut)
1 Carrot (finely cut)
1 Tea spoon Black Pepper powder
Salt to taste
3 Tea spoon Oil

Heat 1 Tea spoon Oil in the Pan and add Onion, fry for one minutes on full flame and keep it aside. For the Capsicum, Carrot and Mushroom use the same procedure like Onion and then mix together. Add Salt and Pepper powder, mix it well.
