3 Medium size Beetroot (peel and grate)
½ Cup Mawa
2 Table spoon Ghee
Few Cashewnuts, Raisins
¼ Cup Milk
¾ Cup Sugar
Peel the Beetroot and grate and keep it aside. Heat the Ghee in a Kadhai and then add grate the Beetroot. Cook for 2 minutes and then add the boiled Milk, Sugar and Mawa and then cook for 5 minutes on slow a flame.
Then add Cashewnuts and Raisins.
