This is a Recipe for preparing Restaurant Style Thai Pineapple Fried Rice. This rice preparation is an authentic specialty rice dish from Thailand. This simple recipe make the preparation of the Thai Rice easy and simple.
1 Cup Basmati Rice
½ Cup Pineapple slices (fresh)
1 Tea spoon Garlic (chopped)
2 Thai Green Chili
1 Tea spoon Green Chili (chopped)
1 Table spoon Basil Leaves
1 Tea spoon Broth Powder
1 Tea spoon Soya Sauce
1 Table spoon Spring Onion
1 Table spoon Oil
Salt to taste
First prepare Rice and keep it aside (Rice should not sticky). Then dip the Pineapple slices for 30 minutes in Sugar syrup and cook for 2 minutes on a slow flame and keep it aside.
Heat the Oil in a frying pan and add Garlic, Thai Green Chili, Basil Leaves and Pineapple slices and fry for 2-3 minutes.
After that add the cooked Rice, Broth powder, Pepper powder and Salt. Mix it well and then add the Spring Onion and serve hot with Thai Red Curry.
