This is a Recipe for preparing at home rich an spicy restaurant style Mughlai Mushroom-Mutter Masala. An extremely popular main course Mushroom – Green Peas Vegetable recipe for parties.
100 Gram Mushroom (Wash and cut in pieces)
1 Cup Green Peas
2 Big Onion (chopped)
1 Table spoon Garlic-Ginger Paste
¼ Cup Cashew nuts (thick powder)
6-7 Almonds (paste)
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala
1 Tea spoon Cumin-Coriander seed powder
½ Tea spoon Red Chili powder
½ Cup Cream
4 Table spoon Ghee
Salt to taste
Coriander for Garnish
Wash and cut Mushroom and keep it aside. Heat Ghee in a frying pan after that add Onion, Ginger-Garlic past and fry till color change into dark brown.
Then add Red Chili powder, Garam Masala, Cumin-Coriander seed powder, Salt, Cashew nut powder, Mushroom Green peas and half cup of Water, mix it well and cook for 7-8 minutes on slow sim.
Then add Cream and Almond paste and cook for 2-3 minutes on slow sim.
Garnish with Coriander and serve hot with Parathas.
