Tasty Recipe for Mutton Liver Fry

This is a tasty Recipe for preparing at home spicy and mouthwatering Restaurant Style Mutton Masala Liver [Kaleji] Fry.  A tasty meat liver recipe; a special dish for non- vegetarians, which uses a tasty Masala to add Moglai flavor to the Kaleji Fry preparation.

2 00 grams Mutton Liver
1 ½ inch Ginger piece (crushed)
8 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
½ Tea spoon Pepper powder
1 ½ Tea spoon Red Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Cumin seeds powder
2 Tea spoon Coriander powder (roasted)
1 Cup Curd
2 Big Onion (chopped)
½ Cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
4 Cloves (crushed)
2/3 pieces Cinnamon (crushed)
1 Tomato (chopped)
Salt to taste
3 Table spoon Oil

Clean, wash and cut the Liver into small pieces mix all the Masala and Salt with Curd marinade the Liver pieces in it for 1 or 2 hours. Heat Oil in a Pan, fry Onion add Tomato and Garlic, Ginger, Coriander leaves. Fry for some time, mix the marinaded Liver with it and cook till done.
