This Is a very simple Recipe for preparing restaurant style Ande Ke Pakode or Crispy Egg Bhajia. A delicious egg snack and Starters item, which is also a great main course dish.
6 Eggs (boiled)
1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
Salt to taste
1 Pinch Baking powder
Oil to deep fry
1 Table spoon Green Masala
½ Tea spoon Pepper powder
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
¼ Tea spoon Turmeric
Take out the shells from the boiled Eggsand make four pieces each lengthwise carefully with the thread.
Mix the Flour, Salt, Green Masala, Chili powder, Pepper and Baking powder together adding little Water to make a smooth batter.
Heat Oil in a Pan and dip Eggs pieces in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with Chili and Tomato Sauce.
