Recipe for Ash Gourd Halwa

This a Recipe for Ash Gourd Halwa. A Halwa recipe which is not only tasty; but delicious.

250 Gram Ash gourd
200 Grams Jaggery (Organic)
5 to 6 nos Elaichi (Cardamom)
2 Tea spoon Ghee
5-6 Pieces Cashew nuts

Grate Ash gourd and cook soft in a Kadhai, add Jaggery powder, Elaichi powder and cook till all the water is absorbed, on a low flame. Take out to the serving dish, add Ghee and mix, garnish with pieces of roasted Cashew nuts and Serve hot.
