This is a step by step Recipe for preparing at home delicious, crisp and spicy Restaurant or Dhaba Style Deep-Fried Keema Scotch Eggs.
The Fried Keema Aur Ande Ke Gole preparation comnines the flavor of Minced Meat with that of Potatoes and Eggs to make a mouthwatering Non-Veg dish, which is suitable for any kind of party.
Preparation Time- 60 Minutes
Serves- 6 Persons
½ Kg Kheema
300 Gram Potatoes
50 Gram Toast powder
1 Egg (beaten)
2 Tea spoon Turmeric & Garam Masala
1 Big Onion
Salt to taste
¾ Cup Ghee
Boil the Eggs, Cook Kheema and grind it, cut the onion, boil the potatoes and then peal and mash them.
Beat one egg and keep aside.
Heat 1 table spoon ghee in a pan fry onion till color change in dark pink; add garam masala, salt, pepper and turmeric.
After that mix Kheema, potato and beaten egg, fried onion, salt and coriander.
Then take boiled eggs and cover the egg with above mixture.
Dip into beaten egg, roll into toast powder and deep fry in hot ghee until the color change in to a nice shade of golden brown.
