This is a Recipe for preparing Jhatpat (quick) Chutney. Takes little time and effort and is a boon when you are hard pressed for time.
Jhatpat (quick) Chutney Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons
2 Medium sized Onion
2 Medium sized Kairis [ raw mango]
Salt to taste
½ Table spoon red chili powder
Cut the kairis and the Onion and add to it Chili powder and Salt and mix well. Also add to it seasoning of mustard seeds, asafetida (hing) and Turmeric. Chutneyis ready.
