Recipe for Lettuce [Salad Patta] Chutney

This is an uncommon recipe for making Lettuce [Salad Patta] Chutney.

Lettuce [Salad Patta] Chutney Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

7 to 8 lettuce leaves
1 coconut
5 green chilies
Tamarind the size of a small lime
1 ½ table spoon salt
A few coriander leaves

Scrape the coconut and then grind it with the tamarind and chilies. When the paste is almost done add the lettuce leaves, coriander leaves and the salt. Grind to make a fine paste.
The Lettuce Chutney is ready.
