Recipe for Carrot Kachori

This is a Recipe for preparing at home cripsy and tasty Carrot flavored Gajarachi Kachori or Carrot Kachori.
The Gajar ki Kachori as it is called in Hindi is a delicious Snack to treat your family with once in a while.

Preparation time- 60 Minutes
Serves- 6-7 Persons

½ Kg Carrots
½ Kg Flour
Green Chilies (according to taste)
1 Tea spoon Til {sesame seeds]
Salt to taste
Ghee or Oil for frying

Grate the Carrots and steam boil for 2 minutes.
Mix together the flour, Carrot, Green chilies, Til and Salt.
If necessary add little bit of water, knead into fine dough.
Roll out the Kachoris and deep fry until golden brown (moderate heat) serve hot with tamarind chutney
