This is step by step Recipe for preparing at home crisp and tasty Kale Moti Kebab. This is a Vegetable Kebab recipe. An excellent add on to the main course. which can also be served as a Vegetarian Starters Dish for most parties, including Kitty and Cocktail parties.
Preparation Time- 30 Minutes
Serves- 3 Persons
1 ½ Cup Chana
5 Green Chili (cut in small pieces)
1 Big Onion
10 Petal of Garlic
2 Tea spoon Coriander powder
1 Tea spoon Jeera Powder
4 Table spoon thick Curd
2 Table spoon Oil
Gram Dal Atta (Besan )
Salt to taste
1 Pinch Sugar
1 Tea spoon Garam Masala
1 Tea spoon Chat Masala
1 Onion (Rings)
Heat the Oil in the frying pan.
Add the Green Chili and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add the Chana and enough water and cook it.
Then add the Garlic, Sugar, Sugar, and Curd and cook it until dry.
Then add the Garam Masala, Red Chili powder, enough Gram Atta (Besan) to make small balls and shallow fry.
While serving garnish with Onion rings, Pudina leaves & Ginger.
