Recipe for Pani Puri

This is Recipe for Pani Puri.This is one of the most famous and widely consumed Indian fastfood.You go to any corner of Indiaand you will find some roadside carts selling this item.

I am giving a step by step recipe to prepare this much sought after Snack at home.

2 Bowls Wheat flour
1 Bowl Maida
1 Bowl fine Rawa
¼ Bowl Gram flour
¼ Bowl Rice flour
¼ Udad flour
Salt to taste
Refined Oil
Pani Puri Masala
1 Table spoon Coriander seeds
1 Tea spoon Jeera
5 to 6 Cloves
10 – 12 Pepper
Fistful Pudina leaves
½ Bowl Coriander
2 Tea spoon Pandelon (black Salt)
2 Tea spoon Red Chilly powder
Little dates or 1 ½ bowl Jaggery
1 Big boiled Potato
1 Bowl white Peas
Soak and boil them

Approximately in 1 ½ cup water grind the Masala. Add the Tamarind-Jaggery chutney, Salt, boiled Potatoes and its pieces in water also with steamed peas and Coriander. Now the water is ready. Knead the Puri material without adding Oil. For two hours keep kneaded flour in a wet cloth. Apply little Oil to the kneaded flour. While making Puri make it from both sides and fry them till they puff.
