Recipe for Prawn and Vegetable Chow Chow

This is a recipe for Prawn and Vegetable Chow Chow. A traditional Chinese Recipe, not very hard to prepare.

500 gram Prawn
½ Cup Oil
½ Cup chopped Onion
½ Tea spoon Pepper
Salt to taste
1 Cup stock
1 Cup each of bean sprouts, bamboo shoots. Mushroom and chopped celery
½ Cup chopped Carrots
½ Cup Water
2 Table spoon cornstarch and soy sauce each

Heat Oil, fry Onion for 2 minutes, and add Prawns fry for 5-6 minutes. Then add all the vegetables, Salt pour in stock and mix and cook covered for seven minutes, Stir constantly till juice thickness.
