Recipe for Sweet-n-sour Vegetables/Chicken

This is Recipe for Sweet-n-sour Vegetables/Chicken. This again is a much in demand Chinese Recipe.

150 gram Cauliflower
200 gram Boneless Chicken
1 ½ Cup Maida
2 Tea spoon Cornflower
1 Green Chilies
8 Pods Garlic
A Small Onion
1 Table spoon Coriander leaves

Grind together green Chili, Garlic, Onion, and Coriander leaves (Optional) to a smooth paste. Add this paste to Maida and Corn flour, add Salt and make a thick paste. Cook the boneless chicken in boiling water till almost done. Drain the water. Dip the chicken pieces in the Maida batter and deep fry the thickly coated chicken in Oil till golden brown.
