This is a most simple and easy to follow recipe for preparing at home multipurpose Chapatti Roll. You can fill this Chapati with any filling of your choice, including Mutton-Eggs-Fish-Chicken-Cheese or Vegetarian fillings
2 Cup Wheat flour
Boiling water and Salt enough for the dough filling of choice (fish/meat/veg)
Make a soft dough with the boiling water and Salt. Knead well and divide in to 8 balls. Roll into chapattis and smear a teaspoon refined Oil or Ghee and fold and keep aside covered for half an hour.
Roll again and cook the chapattis on a hot tava using oil or ghee. Smear a teaspoon of beaten Egg on one side of the chapatti and fill with the cutlet, (preferably made in long cylindrical shape)
Sprinkle grated cheese over the chapatis, Bake in a hot oven for 5 or Grill. Pack in thermocole tiffin box.
